Government of West Bengal has decided to encourage setting up of toy manufacturing units in the State. As a first step, it has been decided to set up a TOY PARK inside the premises of Khasjungle Industrial Park in the district of Paschim Medinipur developed by West Bengal Small Industries Development Corporation Limited (WBSIDCL) on 22.97 acre land. WBSIDCL has identified approximately 12 acres of land for implementation of TOY CLUSTER considering Plot No. 70 to 153 inside the Park with Common Facilitation Centre (CFC), operated by a SPV along with major Infrastructures like Internal Road with Paver Block Footpaths, Underground Drainage Network, Water Distribution System with Deep Tube Wells & UGRs Boundary with Gates etc. Hon’ble Chief Minister, WB inaugurated the Toy Park on 6th October, 2020. The Park is situated at Mouza Khasjungle, Police Station Kotwali at Khasjungle near Keranichoti, 4 Km from Midnapore Railway Station.
