The provision vide Corrigendum dated 05.06.2025, as considered that“The Developer may utilize their portion of share of Built-Up spaces for the purpose of Housing in top two floors only (maximum 25% of Built-Up Spaces of their agreed Share), if the Local Competent Sanctioning Authority permit” has been omitted. To further clarify, Housing use will not be allowed in the said project.

 

The last date for Bid submission, scheduled on 30th June, 2025 till 4.00 PM IST, has further been extended up to 11th July, 2025 till 4.00 PM IST.

 

All other provisions of the original RFP, duly amended by Corrigenda, will remain unchanged.

N.B.:      The Developer may utilize their portion of share of Built-Up spaces for the purpose of Housing in top two floors only (maximum 25% of Built-Up Spaces of their agreed Share), if the Local Competent Sanctioning Authority permit.

‘Clause No. 2.2.2 (A) (ii)’

Financial Capacity: The Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth (the “Financial Capacity”) of Rs.10 Crores(Rupees Ten Crores Only) and in case of bid for Multiple location minimum Net Worth shall be Rs.25Crores (Rupees Twenty Five Crores Only) at the close of the preceding financial year. Further, the Bidder should be a net profit-making entity for the last 3 (three) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date.
