To further clarify, Housing use will not be allowed in the said project.

The last date for Bid submission, scheduled on 30^th June, 2025 till 4.00 PM IST, has further been extended up to 11^th July, 2025 till 4.00 PM IST.

‘Clause No. 2.2.2 (A) (ii)’

To be read as

Financial Capacity: The Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth (the “Financial Capacity”) of Rs.10 Crores(Rupees Ten Crores Only) and in case of bid for Multiple location minimum Net Worth shall be Rs.25Crores (Rupees Twenty Five Crores Only) at the close of the preceding financial year. Further, the Bidder should be a net profit-making entity for the last 3 (three) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date.

In place of

Financial Capacity: The Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth (the “Financial Capacity”) of Rs.15Crores (Rupees Fifteen Crores Only) and in case of bid for Multiple location minimum Net Worth shall be Rs.35Crores (Rupees Thirty Five Crores Only) at the close of the preceding financial year. Further, the Bidder should be a net profit-making entity for the last 3 (three) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date

5.1.4, Performance Security The value of Performance Security would be:

a. Area of land 1 acre & above: ₹40 lakh

b. Area of land 0.25 acre to 1 acre: ₹25 lakh

c. Area of land below 0.25 acre: ₹15 lakh

* The Value of Performance Security, tabulated at Pg-5 of original RFP shall also be read as above in place of ₹50lakh

14.1.1 (XIX), Termination for Default ‘The Concessionaire has defaulted to hand over the agreed quantum of Built-Up Spaces within stipulated time’.

The last date for Bid submission, scheduled on 9th June, 2025 till 4:00 P.M. IST, has further been extended upto 19^th June, 2025 till 4:00 P.M. IST
